Description

This story illustrates part of the Easter Story and explains why, according to Christian belief, Jesus died. It supports early Key Stage objectives:

  • Social and spiritual: To know that Christians believe Heaven is a place we can go after death.
  • Social and spiritual: Understand that Jesus said He was the way to heaven.

About the author and artist

Richard Hardy has worked with Toddlers and Children in a church context for several years as a minister. Richard lives in Wales. He has addressed Parent & Toddler group leaders seeking to support parents and encourage child development. He has led assemblies and taken R.S. lessons in Schools.
